Sound familiar?

A busy print shop shouldn’t run on slips and memory.

  1. Order details live on paper slips, notebooks and WhatsApp chats.

Every order is a job with a number, the customer, every item, size, material, finishing and due time — in one place.

  2. Square feet and rates are worked out on a calculator, and mistakes slip through.

Width × height, inches or feet, quantity and rate — Bleedline works out the square feet and the total, to the paisa.

  3. Customers keep calling: “Is my banner ready?”

The board shows every job’s stage. Send a ready-for-pickup message on WhatsApp with one tap.

  4. Design approvals get lost in chat, and the wrong file goes to print.

Send a proof link. The customer taps Approve or Request changes, and the answer is saved on the job.

  5. Balances are in a diary, and nobody is sure who still owes what.

Every payment is recorded against the job or the party. Ledgers, outstanding and ageing are always up to date.

  6. GST bills are typed up again, separately, at the end of the day.

Turn the job into a GST Tax Invoice or Bill of Supply PDF, with the right tax split already worked out.

What it does

One system for the counter, the floor and the accounts.

Jobs with many items, priced the way you price

One job can carry a flex banner, vinyl stickers and a sun board together. For each item pick the material and machine, enter width × height in feet or inches and the quantity — Bleedline works out the square feet, applies the rate and adds finishing like eyelets, lamination or pipe-and-rope.

  • Per sq ft, per piece or per running foot
  • Discount, GST, received and balance on every job
  • Design files and phone photos attached to the job

A production board everyone can follow

See every open job by stage — Received, Designing, Proof sent, Printing, Finishing, Ready — or switch to a view by machine. Cards show the job number, party, items with square feet and due time, with urgent and overdue jobs called out.

  • Stages you can rename, add and reorder
  • On phones: stage tabs and one-tap “next stage”
  • Printable job card with QR code and a price-free production copy

Design proofs approved in one tap

Upload the proof and send the customer a link. They open it on their phone and tap Approve or Request changes with a comment — no login, no app. The answer lands on the job and can move it to the next stage.

WhatsApp updates

Job received, proof ready, ready for pickup or out for delivery, payment received, balance reminder — Bleedline writes the message and opens WhatsApp, so you only tap send. Automatic sending — coming soon

Payments, ledgers and GST invoices

Record any number of part payments — cash, UPI, bank, cheque or card — against a job or as an advance. Each party has a ledger with a running balance. When the job is done, issue a GST Tax Invoice with HSN/SAC and the right CGST + SGST or IGST split, or a Bill of Supply if you are not registered.

  • Estimates and quotations from any job
  • Invoice series per financial year, never reused
  • Printable receipts you can share on WhatsApp

Know where the shop stands, every day

The dashboard shows today’s jobs, what’s due and overdue, sales and collections, total outstanding, top debtors and square feet printed per machine. Reports cover sales, collections by mode, outstanding ageing, square feet by product and machine, reference-wise jobs and a GST summary — all downloadable as CSV.

  • Production staff see no money tiles
  • Outstanding ageing: 0–30, 31–60, 60+ days

FAQ

Questions shop owners ask.

All questions

What is Bleedline?

Bleedline is job, production and billing software for flex, digital printing and signage shops. Every order becomes a job with its items, sizes and rates. The job moves across a production board, collects payments, and gives you estimates, GST invoices and job cards. It is a product by Taaj Labs.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your shop — how many people will use it and what you need set up. Book a free demo and we will share the details after we understand your work.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Bleedline runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and you can install it on a phone’s home screen like an app. On phones the production board turns into tabs, with a one-tap button to move a job to its next stage. Photos and proof-of-installation can be taken straight from the phone camera.

Does it make GST invoices?

Yes. A GST-registered shop gets Tax Invoices with HSN/SAC per line, CGST + SGST or IGST chosen automatically from the customer’s state, and the total in words. A shop that is not registered gets a Bill of Supply with no tax lines. Invoice numbers run in a series per financial year (April–March) and are never reused; a cancelled invoice stays on record as cancelled.

Can my production staff see prices?

Not unless you allow it. The owner decides what each role can see and do. By default the Production role sees the board and the job details it needs — sizes, material, finishing, due time — without prices or amounts. Job cards also have a “Production copy” that hides prices.

Does it send WhatsApp messages?

Yes, from your own WhatsApp. For job received, proof ready, ready for pickup or out for delivery, payment received and balance reminders, Bleedline opens WhatsApp with the message already written — you tap send. Automatic sending, without a tap, is coming soon.
