Yes. Bleedline runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and you can install it on a phone’s home screen like an app. On phones the production board turns into tabs, with a one-tap button to move a job to its next stage. Photos and proof-of-installation can be taken straight from the phone camera.

Yes. A GST-registered shop gets Tax Invoices with HSN/SAC per line, CGST + SGST or IGST chosen automatically from the customer’s state, and the total in words. A shop that is not registered gets a Bill of Supply with no tax lines. Invoice numbers run in a series per financial year (April–March) and are never reused; a cancelled invoice stays on record as cancelled.

Not unless you allow it. The owner decides what each role can see and do. By default the Production role sees the board and the job details it needs — sizes, material, finishing, due time — without prices or amounts. Job cards also have a “Production copy” that hides prices.

Yes, from your own WhatsApp. For job received, proof ready, ready for pickup or out for delivery, payment received and balance reminders, Bleedline opens WhatsApp with the message already written — you tap send. Automatic sending, without a tap, is coming soon.

Enter width × height in feet or inches and the quantity. Bleedline converts inches, works out the square feet, applies the rate for that material and adds finishing such as eyelets, lamination or pasting. Products sold per piece or per running foot skip the area step. Money is calculated exactly to the paisa.

Yes. The owner can add, rename, recolour, reorder and remove stages to match how the shop actually works. Special stages keep the automation working — for example, uploading a design proof can move a job to “Proof sent”, and the customer’s approval can move it to “Approved”.

Upload the proof image on the job and send the customer a link. They open it on their phone and tap Approve or Request changes, with a comment — no login or app needed. The link is signed and expires after 14 days.

There are five roles: Owner, Admin/Manager, Counter/Designer, Production and Accounts. Staff log in with a phone number or email and a password, so floor staff without email can still use it. The owner turns individual permissions on or off for each role, and only the owner can change shop settings, stages and permissions.

Yes. Every create, change and delete on jobs, items, payments, invoices, users and settings is written to an audit log with who did it, when, and the values before and after. The owner can see the log.

Yes. Each shop gets its own separate workspace — its own name and logo, GST details, number series, staff logins and data. One shop’s data is never visible from another’s.

Yes. Your shop name and logo come first — in the app (which also uses your colours) and on invoices, estimates, receipts and job cards, with your address on the PDFs. Bleedline appears only as a small credit line.

Reports — sales, collections by mode, outstanding ageing, square feet by product and machine, reference-wise jobs and the GST summary — can all be downloaded as CSV files for your accountant or spreadsheet.

You need an internet connection to make changes. Pages you have recently opened, such as the board and job details, can still be viewed on a weak connection.

Not yet. Bleedline creates GST Tax Invoices and Bills of Supply as PDFs, but it does not generate IRNs or e-way bills today.

Not yet. Bleedline tracks jobs, square feet printed per machine and per product, payments and invoices. Raw-material stock is not part of it today.
