Flex printing
Banners and hoardings, priced by the square foot
Flex jobs are all about size, rate and speed. Enter width × height and quantity for each banner — Bleedline works out the square feet and the amount, and adds eyelets or pipe-and-rope as finishing. Send each job to a machine and see what every printer has on its plate.

Eco-solvent & vinyl
Vinyl, one way vision and canvas — in inches or feet
Customers give sizes in inches as often as feet. Enter whichever they give: Bleedline converts inches to feet before working out the square feet, so nobody has to divide by 144 on a calculator. Add lamination or pasting as finishing, priced per square foot or per piece.

Signage & fabrication
Boards, letters and installation jobs
Signage jobs mix square-foot items with pieces, need a site visit or installation, and take longer. Mark the job for installation with the site address, attach the design and site photos, and let the fitter add proof-of-installation photos from the phone when it is up.

Not everything is measured in square feet. Products priced per piece skip the area step, so visiting cards, brochures, letterheads and bill books sit in the same system as your large-format work — on the same board, the same ledgers and the same GST invoices.
