This policy explains how Taaj Singh (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”), registered office 302, Nitesh Vihar, Dhandra Road, Ludhiana – 141013, Punjab, India, which offers Bleedline — a product by Taaj Labs, handles personal data collected through this website, bleedline.in. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under them.

What we collect

• Demo and contact requests. When you fill in our form we collect your name, shop name, city, mobile number, email address (if you give it), how many people work in your shop, and your message.
• Technical information. Your IP address and browser details are recorded with each form submission and in our server logs, to prevent abuse and keep the site secure.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us directly.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your demo request and answer your questions about Bleedline.
• To prevent spam and misuse of the form.

We use your data only for these purposes, on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form. We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing messages you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run this website and reply to you — our hosting provider and our email delivery provider (Resend), which may process data outside India — and only as much as they need for that purpose. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and contact enquiries for 24 months from the date we receive them, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Send these requests to legal@taajlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

The Bleedline app

This policy covers this website only. Data that a print shop stores in the Bleedline application (its jobs, customers, invoices and so on) is handled under the agreement between that shop and us.
